PKR Investigates RM10 Million Bond Action Against Rafizi, Nik Nazmi Joins Party Jump – Fuziah
JOHOR BAHRU, May 18 (Bernama) — The People’s Justice Party (PKR) is reviewing action to impose RM10 million bail on two former senior leaders of the party, Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli and Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad who jumped ship from the party before vacating their respective parliamentary seats.
PKR Secretary General Datuk Dr Fuziah Salleh said he had proof that they yesterday joined a new party and jumped from it in accordance with the PKR constitution.
“I have proof that they have joined Parti Bersama Malaysia, on the (party) website with a time stamp of 17 days a month.
“If they followed the party’s constitutional policy, then they would have jumped parties on that date before vacating their (Parliamentary) seats today,” he said at a press conference after inaugurating the National Consumer Policy Advocacy Program 2.0 and Consumer Talk in Jakarta today.
He expressed this when asked to comment on Rafizi and Nik Nazmi’s claim that the RM10 million security deposit did not apply to them.
Regarding this, Fuziah said that his party was referring the matter to its legal representative and also informed that the PKR Political Bureau would meet tomorrow to discuss the matter including action against the two.
Yesterday, Rafizi and Nik Nazmi, who announced they were leaving the party, also reportedly claimed that they were not bound by the RM10 million guarantee from the party, as they had already taken steps to vacate their respective parliamentary seats before leaving the party.
Rafizi, who is also Member of the DPR for Pandan, and Nik Nazmi, Member of the DPR for Setiawangsa, said that they would also submit letters of vacancy for their respective parliamentary seats to the Chairman of the Dewan Rakyat, Tan Sri Johari Abdul, today.
Meanwhile, a letter of resignation from the party will also be submitted to Fuziah tomorrow.
Rafizi and Nik Nazmi also announced the takeover of Parti Bersama Malaysia from its founder and president, Tan Gim Theam, as a new vehicle for their political struggle.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
