Cikgu Siti Ainul Wins 2025 Malaysian Teacher Award
Special Education Teacher, Siti Ainulmursyida was named the 2025 Malaysia Teacher Prize (MTP) Winner at the 2025 MTP Summit.
Of the 2,300 educators throughout the country, Cikgu Siti Ainul or better known as Cikgu Siti Ainul was nominated for five finalists before being announced as the recipient of the highest award.
“I am very grateful to be able to represent my students. Every child, whatever their abilities, has the right to learn, be independent and have dreams.
“This victory is for them,” he said when met after the award ceremony.

The total value of the prizes received reached RM120,000.
The Malaysia Teacher Prize, which is entering its fourth edition, is organized by PEMIMPIN, a non-profit organization that focuses on strengthening school leadership.
Cikgu Siti Ainul is a special education teacher and founder of the PEKA OKU digital platform.
Under his guidance, students achieved various successes such as representing Malaysia in the Global IT Challenge for Youth with Disabilities and successfully winning various international awards, including gold medals.

Meanwhile, Minister of Education YB Fadhlina Sidek in her speech emphasized that teachers are the backbone of nation development and have a long-term impact in shaping Malaysia’s future generations.
“The cooperation of various parties in recognizing the teaching profession shows great appreciation for the service and dedication of teachers.
“I congratulate all the teachers involved and hope they continue to be an inspiration in empowering national education,” he said.
Executive Director of PEMIMPIN and Co-Founder of MTP, Samuel Isaiah also emphasized that changes to the education system start from the classroom.
“We are moving together with great teachers leading the way. Their innovation and enthusiasm are the basis for education reform,” he said
This recognition once again highlights the role of teachers as shapers of the country’s future and confirms that their seriousness and dedication in education is never in vain.
