JAWI Denies Proposing the 2026 Rain Rave Water Music Festival Program
The Federal Territories Department of Islamic Religion (JAWI) objects to the implementation of the 2026 Rain Rave Water Music Festival program which is planned to be held in Kuala Lumpur because it is considered to have the potential to cause moral harm and the collapse of societal values.
In a statement Federal Territories Islamic Religious Department – JAWI Today, JAWI expressed its regret over the implementation of the program and urged organizers to re-evaluate its implementation concept by considering the sensitivity of the multi-racial, religious and cultural society in Malaysia.
In his statement, Islam does not reject entertainment absolutely, but needs to comply with sharia guidelines which are emphasized in Bayan Linnas Series 351 entitled “Rain Water Rave Music Festival 2026: Entertainment Has Limits, Organizers Are Responsible and Concerts Forming Immorality Must Be Stopped”.
JAWI also informed that it will continue to strengthen religious programs in the Federal Territory through various approaches including lectures, lectures, forums, social media campaigns and Friday sermons to increase awareness of Muslims to avoid immoral activities.
Therefore, JAWI will hold simultaneous Yasin readings and Friday prayers throughout the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan today after Maghrib prayers, to pray for prosperity and harmony in society.
JAWI also asks for the cooperation of all parties to ensure that every entertainment program does not contain elements that could influence people’s religious and moral carelessness so that greater losses do not occur, the statement added.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
